How to make kid friendly sleepy time tea

A warm drink before bedtime feels almost exactly like a warm hug. Or at least that's what we think. Crafted with love and care, this soothing brew is the perfect bedtime companion to help you unwind, relax, and prepare for a restful night.


Ingredients for Serenity


Our homemade Sleepy Time Tea is a delightful blend of carefully selected ingredients:

1. Chamomile: Known for its calming properties, chamomile is the star of the show, inducing relaxation and reducing anxiety.

2. Butterfly Pea Flowers: These vibrant blue blossoms bring an element of whimsy to our tea, along with their antioxidant properties and potential stress-relief benefits.

3. Dried Lavender: Lavender's gentle aroma and calming effects make it an essential component of our tea blend.

4. Dried Cherries: These sweet, fruity morsels add a hint of natural sweetness, making our tea a delightful treat.

5. Organic Local Honey: A touch of local honey adds a comforting sweetness, and it's known for its potential sleep-inducing properties.

6. Fresh-Squeezed Lemon: A dash of lemon juice brightens the flavors and enhances the overall experience.

A few Notes :

We didn't use a proper measuring spoon; we just used a regular spoon from the kitchen drawer when we made ours :)
