Low Carb Lunch Bagel
It's Lunch time and I tried something new! This low carb lunch bagel. ROYO makes low carb artisan breads that are meant to be frozen and last for 6-9 months in the freezer. That makes it so convenient to have a low carb option to grab and use as needed. I love that also so there is less waste!
Cori and I are OBSSESED with Tuna, so of course the first thing I made was a Tuna bagel, loaded up with tuna salad, fresh veggies and hard boiled egg.
This bagel was low in carbs but not lacking any flavor at all! If you are looking for a low carb bread option I would absolutely give ROYO a try. So far we've tried the Everything Bagels and the 30 calorie low carb artisan bread, we would absolutely have both again!
